Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass Hitze verstärktes Glas ist nicht spontanen Bruch. 

Damit Wärme gestärkt wird Glas in der Regel für Verbundglas verwendet. Besonders gut für Überdachung Glas. Am Morgen oder am Nachmittag, kann Glas Harf explodierte im Sonnenlicht, Rest in Shaow. Die Hitzeaufsaugen möglicherweise ungleich in anderen Teil der Überdachung Glas. Dadurch kann die gesamte Spontaner Glasbruch. Aber Wärme verstärkt Glas, dieses Problem zu vermeiden.

¿Cómo elegir el vidrio para el pabellón de cristal?

Otro beneficio es que calor vidrio consolidado no es rotura espontánea. 

Modo calor reforzado cristal se utiliza generalmente para vidrio laminado. Especialmente buena para el vidrio de la cubierta. En la mañana o tarde, vidrio mayo harf en la luz del sol, el resto en shaow. La absorción de calor puede ser desigual en diferentes parte del cristal de la capota. What colors and designs can be achieved on glass?

Normally we see glass is simply transparent and colorless. However glass is a very flexible decorative building material and can be achieved a lot of colors and designs. 

Colorless

For colorless glass, we have clear glass, and extra clear glass (ultra white, or low iron). The later is crystal colorless, refer to an uper grade decoration material. 

Translucent

Translucent glass is created by acid etched glass or sandblasted glass technique. The original glass can be clear glass, or tinted glass. To let translucent glass has different colors.

Transparent colors

It is mainly refer to tinted glass, reflective glass, or laminated glass with colored PVB film. For tinted glass and reflective glass, we have color blue, green, grey and bronze. For laminated glass, we can do any color of PVB but need a certain quantity to produce. 

Solid colors

We produce solid colors glass by screen printed or oil painting way. Solid color glass looks like lacqured glass, there are multiple colors available, as long as you have the pantone number. But the color is not transparent. It mainly used for splashbacks and countertops.

How to choose glass for glass canopy?

Normally clients will choose tempered and laminated glass for glass canopy, because it is strong and breakage resistance. But it is professional to choose heat strengthened glass for glass canopy. 

Heat strengthened glass process is similar to tempered safety glass but with lower surface compression, resulting from a slower speed cooling after heated. The heat strengthened is about 2 times stronger than annealed glass, while tempered glass is 5 times stronger. However heat strengthened glass is more smooth on the surface, which is an important benefit to produce high quality laminated glass. Another benefit is that, heat strengthened glass is not spontaneous breakage. 

So heat strengthened glass is usually used for laminated glass. Specially good for canopy glass. In the morning or afternoon, glass may harf exploded in sunlight, rest in shaow. The heat absorbing might be unequal in different part of the canopy glass. This may cause the whole glass spontaneous breakage.  But heat strengthened glass avoid the risk of this problem.

How to choose tinted glass and reflective glass?

Tinted glass and reflective glass have same colors: bronze, green, grey, blue, sometimes pink and gold color available. Both of them are widely used for windows, doors, and curtain walls. The thickness and standard size are also the same. So what is the difference between them, and how to choose them for your projects?

Tinted glass is heat absorbing glass, reflective glass is heat reflection glass. As the name called, their difference are obviously as below:

1. surface- tinted glass is transparent glass. Reflective glass has a metal oxide layer on one side of glass. So on this side we get a mirror finish.

2. light transmittance- tinted glass allows more light transmittance into the building

3. heat transmittance- reflective glass helped to reduce the heat transmittance, it is also a energy saving glass

4. colors- tinted glass only available on those main colors, but reflective glass can be produced on-line or off-line method. By the off-line technique, we can adjust the metal layer to many colors. But in this method, the metal oxide layer is not very durable.

Difference between lacquered glass and silk screen printed glass

Both lacquered glass and screen printed glass can achieve multiple solid colors on glass. So what is the difference between them, and how to choose the proper glass for decoration?

Lacquered glass is also called oil painted glass. It is very bright-colored, and the colors can be any color you can image. Some companies let the paint dry by natural withering. But it is better to dry in in a low temperature about 30-45℃, so the colors are more durable. The disadvantage of lacquered glass is that, the colors are not quite stable, may pill off after a certain time, especially in wet conditions. 

Silk screen printed glass is produced in high temperature. The colors are forever stay on glass, not fading colors or pill off from glass. Another benefits is that, screen printed glass are heated to about 700℃, by the high temperature and cooled rapidly, printed glass have the high strength of tempered glass, also resistance to temperature change. 

By the production method, paint on screen printed glass is more smooth than lacquered glass. Also screen printed glass can make more complex colors and patterns.

In this condition, if we choose solid color glass for wall decoration, like kitchen splashbacks, we can choose lacquered glass. But if we need an uper grade finishing, or more complex designs, it is better to have the screen printed glass, to achieve the best finishing of your concepts.
